Noble by Covering the Awrah

اَلْمَرْأَةُ عَوْرَةٌ، فَإِذَا خَرَجَتْ اِسْتَشْرَفَهَا الشَّيْطَانُ

Shaykh al-Albâni said, "He wa Ta'ala Allâh has explained the wisdom he overplayed the veil in his word:

ذَٰلِكَ أَدْنَىٰ أَنْ يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ ۗ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا

… That in order to make them easier to recognize, so they won't be disturbed. " [al-Ahzâb/33:59]

That is, if a woman is covered by a veil, it is known that he included women who keep him from things that abject and syubhat, keeping his honour, and is a fine woman. If so their circumstances, the wicked will not bother them with inappropriate word. "

إِنَّا نُهِيْنَا أَنْ تُرَى عَوْرَاتُنَا

From the explanation above, we can conclude, that Islam ordered to shut the ' Awrah, and ban mengumbarnya. Similarly, in the Act of indulgence ' Awrah or not close it, there are lots of dangers that may cause a perceived danger, either in this world or the dangers that will be felt in the hereafter, both the danger only impacted on the individual perpetrators or danger extends to members of the public.

 

Among the dangers is as follows:

الْحَيَاءُ لَا يَأْتِي إِلَّا بِخَيْرٍ

Shame it does not bring except kindness [5]

وَالحَيَاءُ شُعْبَةٌ مِنَ الإِيمَانِ

And shame is a branch of the faith [6]

وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْأُولَىٰ

10. Danger of Ostentatious Awrah explained in Nash-Nash Shari'a

b. Women are seeing the nakedness does not go to heaven, would not even kissing whose heaven is, as the word of the Prophet Sallallaahu ' alaihi wa sallam:

صِنْفَانِ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ لَمْ أَرَهُمَا، قَوْمٌ مَعَهُمْ سِيَاطٌ كَأَذْنَابِ الْبَقَرِ يَضْرِبُونَ بِهَا النَّاسَ، وَنِسَاءٌ كَاسِيَاتٌ عَارِيَاتٌ مُمِيلَاتٌ مَائِلَاتٌ، رُءُوسُهُنَّ كَأَسْنِمَةِ الْبُخْتِ الْمَائِلَةِ، لَا يَدْخُلْنَ الْجَنَّةَ، وَلَا يَجِدْنَ رِيحَهَا، وَإِنَّ رِيحَهَا لَيُوجَدُ مِنْ مَسِيرَةِ كَذَا وَكَذَا

There are two classes of people of hell who both have never I see, (the first one): people who have the whip-whip-like tail of the ox that used to beat up people. سَيَكُونُ آخِرُ أُمَّتِي نِسَاءً كَاسِيَاتٍ عَارِيَاتٍ عَلَى رُؤُسِهِنَّ كَأَسْنِمَةِ الْبُخْتِ، الْعَنُوهُنَّ فَإِنَّهُنَّ مَلْعُونَاتٌ

There will be at the end of my people, the women are dressed but naked, on their head there is like hump camels, laknatlah them because they were accursed! [10]

d. Indulgence nakedness is the Act of showing off immoral, whereas the Prophet Sallallaahu ' alaihi wa sallam has said:

كُلُّ أُمَّتِي مُعَافًى إِلَّا المُجَاهِرِينَ

The whole of my people be forgiven (his sins), unless they are a show-off in doing so. [11]

And when it is immoral that's not challenged, he will bring to the whole society adzab because the Prophet Sallallaahu ' alaihi wa sallam said:

إِنَّ النَّاسَ إِذَا رَأَوْا الْمُنْكَرَ فَلَمْ يُغَيِّرُوْهُ، أَوْشَكَ أَنْ يَعُمَّهُمُ اللهُ بِعِقَابِهِ

Seriously when humans see the forbidden, but they are not trying to change it, then Allâh will lower the penalty for all of them. [12]

Indeed the number of the dangers posed by immoral indulgence this nakedness, should make us increasingly wary of him and stay away. Increasingly, it also should pump up the passion we in remind others not to fall within these deeds, or so as not to repeat it. If they accept, then that's what we would expect, however if we do not counsel are heard, then at least the obligation of ' great ' nahi we have fall, so that we will survive the doom of his and get a reward.

IN CASE OF ABUSE, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE, AND HOW THE SOLUTION?

How Is The Solution?

If the families of the victims, lift the case into a green table, then completion is on the Court. However, if the families of the victims wanted the accident covered-as there is an element of love is the same like for example-, then let each of the perpetrator and the victim tried to cover up the ugliness, and repented with repentance, because "people who repent it as there is no sin on him", as ordered by the Prophet Sallallaahu ' alaihi wa sallam.
